Nexus · CRM suite · Eyekus Digital

Every dashboard we run, in one window.

Nexus is the CRM suite built and run by Eyekus Digital — one book of companies, people and deals, with finance reconciled on top of it, and a department dashboard for every team it serves.

The dashboards themselves live in the Eyekus Digital Hub, behind staff sign-in. This page is their shop window: the real interfaces, presented one by one, each linking through to the dashboard it shows.

Every capture on this page was taken from the live interface with a test account. The records and figures inside them are demonstration data — no client or member information ever appears here.

The Nexus pipeline board — every deal on a card, every stage totalled, straight from the records underneath.

Real interfaces

Captured from the production build — the same screens the teams open every day. No mock-ups, no wireframes.

Demonstration data only

The companies, people and figures in the captures are invented for this page. The software is the real thing.

Staff-gated, always

Every dashboard keeps its own sign-in. This window shows; it never opens a door.

The dashboards

Six working dashboards. One book underneath.

Each one is in daily use. Open any of them and you land on the real dashboard in the Eyekus Digital Hub — its sign-in gate applies, exactly as it should.

Nexus · CRM

Nexus CRM — the house book

The lead dashboard rolls the whole pipeline up live from the records underneath: open deals and their value, what closes in the next 30 days, what has stalled, per-rep activity, tasks due and overdue. Nothing is typed in twice — the dashboard is the book, read aloud.

Serves every business in the house — one book for all of them.

  • Companies, people, deals, lists, tasks, workflows and reports
  • Pipeline board and tables with stage movement
  • Gmail sync and a full activity timeline on every record

Nexus · Finance

Nexus Finance — every dollar reconciled

Sales against processor payouts against the bank, reconciled daily for each business — side by side, or one business at a time. HST is kept as its own line, a liability and never revenue. And a figure that cannot be verified reads as its honest state — held, not connected, provisional — never as a quiet zero.

Serves the house's five businesses and the people who answer for their money.

  • Daily reconciliation with exceptions surfaced, never buried
  • Per-business expense ledgers with receipts
  • QuickBooks-ready day packages, built from reconciled data

Nexus · Internal

Agent CRM — the workforce, mirrored

Eyekus Digital runs on a 29-agent AI workforce, and this is its CRM: the roster, the briefs issued, the assignments moving through queued, running, done and stalled, and the outcome events that prove the work. It mirrors into Nexus read-only, with the mirror's freshness printed on the page.

Serves the house's operations — the workforce that builds everything else on this page.

  • Roster with live status, queue depth and current task per agent
  • Briefs and assignments searchable by workstream, agent and state
  • Outcome feed — what the workforce actually delivered

Unity · Sales

Unity Sales — one team's view of the same book

Unity Fitness Canada's sales team does not keep a second spreadsheet — their dashboard reads the same Nexus book, cut to their department: pipeline by stage, win rate, closing soon, stalled, and sales by rep, with stage movement done right on the page.

Serves Unity's sales team and its leads.

  • Live from the CRM — no exports, no end-of-day copies
  • Every chart paired with its figures in a table
  • Opens with the department's own team login
Open Unity Sales Lives in the Eyekus Digital Hub · department login required

Unity · Finance

Unity Finance — the month, honestly stated

The period picture, daily reconciliation across the sales, processor and bank legs, the expense ledger, and money in against money out. Where a leg has not spoken yet, the line says so — held is held, and it is never dressed up as zero. That honesty is the feature.

Serves Unity's finance function and the managers who sign off the month.

  • Every figure carries its source on the line
  • Daily reconciliation states: matched, in transit, short, over, missing
  • Expenses by category with receipts, and a full audit trail

Unity · Workspace

Unity Workspace — every department, its own room

Inside the Unity staff app, the Workspace gives each department its own room — HR, Management, Personal Trainers, Member Experience, Maintenance, Aquatics, Sport Coordinators, Sales, Front Desk, Group Fitness — plus a Commons every staff account can read. Access is per room and printed on the door: your room in full, the rest as a directory.

Serves Unity's staff, on their phones, in the app they already use.

  • Ten department rooms plus the all-staff Commons
  • Grants follow the staff member's department and role
  • The Sales room is the Nexus book, wearing Unity colours

How it fits together

A window, a door, and one book.

This page is the window — public, and holding no data of its own. The door is the Eyekus Digital Hub, where each dashboard keeps its own sign-in. Behind the door there is one book: the Nexus records. Sales and Finance are two readings of those same records, which is why their figures can never disagree.

THE DASHBOARDS CRM · Finance · Agent Ops Unity Sales · Unity Finance Unity Workspace ONE SHARED STORE The Nexus book — companies · people · deals · finance ledgers. Every figure on every dashboard is computed from the same records.

One book, many readings

The CRM, the finance dashboards and the department views all read the same records. A deal won in the CRM is a sale in Finance the moment it lands — there is nothing to re-enter and nothing to reconcile between them.

Gates stay on the dashboards

The showcase is public because it shows pictures and words. The dashboards stay behind their own sign-ins — Hub accounts for Nexus, department logins for Unity — and this page never carries a credential.
